Getting started with crossfit

Everyone starts with a FREE “No Sweat” meeting with one of our coaches to help us get to know you and your goals. We can do this in person, email or a phone call.

Then, we will get you started on the right path for you! We have several paths to get you going on your CrossFit journey to reach your goals.

  1. Small Group On Ramp Class - Learn about CrossFit and increase fitness level prior to joining regular classes. Month-long course offered throughout the year. Perfect for anyone new to CrossFit.

  2. Foundations Training - Solo or partner training for 3 sessions to prepare for classes. The “fast track” for beginners to get started. Can be scheduled any time.

  3. Assessment & Orientation - 1 hour session to to get to know you and your fitness level and introduce you to our gym, warm ups and drills. Jump right into classes after that. This option is best for those with prior CrossFit experience.
